Abstract

The invention discloses a device for treating urinary incontinence by abdominal surface electromyographic feedback. The device is provided with a physiological signal acquisition system and an electromyographic signal processing and feedback system. The physiological signal acquisition system is used for acquiring and uploading body surface electromyographic signals. The electromyographic signal processing and feedback system is sued for receiving and processing the electromyographic signals and outputting the processed electromyographic signals. The device has the advantages that the noninvasive electromyographic signal feedback device avoids injury of patients and possible cross infection; effectiveness in motion of pelvic floor muscle of a patient is fed back indirectly through abdominal electromyographic signals, direct measurement of private parts is avoided, and operation is facilitated; by applying computerized analysis technics to accuracy in traditional therapies, therapeutic accuracy is improved, and efficiency is improved; related trainings can be done according to voice prompts, a game function is available, and training tediousness is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a myoelectric biofeedback instrument, in particular to allowing the user to personally check and treat urinary incontinence and to scientifically and accurately strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and the vagina by integrating and utilizing the function of electromyographic biofeedback on the surface of the rectus abdominis muscle installation. Background technique [0002] Urinary incontinence is the loss of self-control of urination due to bladder sphincter damage or nerve dysfunction, causing urine to flow out involuntarily. [0003] Urinary incontinence can be divided into five categories according to symptoms: overflow incontinence, non-resistance incontinence, reflex incontinence, urge incontinence and stress incontinence. The etiology of urinary incontinence can be divided into the following: ① congenital diseases, such as epispadias. ② Trauma, such as trauma during childbirth, pelvic fracture, etc. ③Surgery: ...
