Embodiment Construction

[0016] Below in conjunction with embodiment the present invention is further described:

[0017] Such as figure 1 with figure 2 As shown in the embodiment, the textile storage rack includes an array of storage boxes 1. The storage box 1 is in the shape of a cuboid, and the upper part is designed with more than two through holes 11 passing through both sides. The through hole 11 of 1 is passed through and connected by a cross bar 2, and the cross bar 2 connects all the storage boxes 1 on the row as a whole. The end of the crossbar is designed with a connecting ring 21, and the crossbar is connected by a vertical rod 3 passing through the connecting ring 21; all rows are connected as a whole by the vertical rod 3 like this; the inside of the storage box 1 is processed with Cylindrical storage cavity 12. The storage chamber 12 is used to store rolls of textiles.

[0018] The textile storage rack is formed by an array of the storage boxes 1, and has a compact structure. You c...

Abstract

The invention provides a textile storage rack comprising two or more arrayed storage boxes. The outlines of the storage boxes are in rectangular shapes; the upper parts of the storage boxes are provided with one or more through holes which pass through the two sides; cross bars pass through the through holes of the storage boxes which are arranged in rows of the array to connect the through holes; the ends of the cross bars are provided with connection rings; and the cross bars are connected via vertical bars which pass through the cross bars. Column-shaped storage cavities are formed in the interior of the storage boxes. The textile storage rack has an impact structure, high space utilization rate and a stable structure; because one textile is stored in each storage box, so that the stacking phenomenon can be prevented, and the quality of the textile cannot be influenced; and meanwhile, because the volumed textiles are stored in the storage cavities, the effects of resisting moisture and preventing fire disaster are realized.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of textile storage, and in particular relates to a textile storage rack. Background technique [0002] Textiles refer to products made of textile fibers through processing and weaving. Textiles are used by people to make clothes, shoes and hats, quilts, quilt covers, tablecloths, curtains, etc. Textiles exist in every corner of life, and the textile market is huge. In today's life, most of the textile products are produced by large-scale textile factories, and then become cloth used by people after various processes such as printing, dyeing and printing. [0003] Textiles need to be transported and stored between various manufacturing processes and during their introduction to the market; people are used to simply stacking textiles, so that textiles are very likely to be squeezed during the stacking process. This leads to the deformation of the fibers, which affects the quality of the textiles, and such s...
