In the conventional process procedure, a PET film is long in production procedure and needs multiple guide wheels, so that the rate of finished products is low, and the rate of finished products is generally about 70%. The production process is characterized by comprising the following steps: adopting a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) sizing system for sizing; firstly, coating PVC paste resin on an upstream PVC film roller and subsequently pressurizing and compounding a single side hot roller of the PET film; secondly, coating the PVC paste resin on a downstream PVC film roller and subsequently pressurizing and compounding a hot roller of the PET film on the other side, wherein the temperature for pressurizing and compounding the hot roller is 180-190 DEG C; and calendaring, cooling and coiling up the finished products after the PET film is compounded with the PVC film. By utilizing the PVC paste resin provided by the invention, the tight combination of the PVC with the PET is ensured, and a process procedure that the PET film is sized with PU (Poly Urethane) adhesive and is further baked in an oven is omitted, so that the machining process procedure for producing the PET advertisement material is effectively shortened, and machining steps for the PET film are reduced.
