Abstract

The invention relates to online resource access by using a resource switching platform. The online resource announcement and consumption environment can be modeled so that the community of resource consumers (users) such as educational institutions and libraries are classified into resource agency. Resources provider such as books, music, and multimedia publishers and news source are classified into resource provider. The resource switching platform provides independent elements of the function of the invention in the online resource announcement and consumption environment. Once the resource agency needs to be integrated with the resource switching platform rather than independently integrated with each resource provider, the resource switching platform acquires simple and integration with incompact contact by using low integration cost and efforts.
