Abstract

The invention discloses a thoracocentesis drainage needle which comprises a skin-puncturing needle, an inner core and a connector, wherein the needle head of the skin-puncturing needle is an inclined fracture opening; the inner core is of a hollow tube shape, the head end of the inner core is a hemispherical or conical blunt end, and the inner core is inserted into the skin-puncturing needle; and the connector is connected with the tail end of the inner core. Preferably, a plurality of lateral holes are arranged on the inner core, and the distance between the lateral holes and the head end is no longer than 1cm. The inner core of the thoracocentesis drainage needle is a blunt end, so that the risk of damaging lung tissue and stimulating pleura during puncturing can be avoided, and operation pressure of medical staff is reduced. Simultaneously, by arranging the lateral holes on the inner core, hydrothorax or pneumatosis can be fully pumped out, and dope in the hydrothorax can be prevented from blocking the puncture needle.
