The lower end of the sealing piece is connected with the outer end portion of the first opening tube in a sealed mode. A puncture device is arranged in an upper side face of the sealing piece and is formed by a pipe fitting provided with a sharp end which points to the upper portion of the sealing piece. The puncture device is communicated with the first opening tube, a sealing sheath is sleeved outside the sharp end, and a protective jacket is arranged outside the sealing sheath. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method for manufacturing the transfusion container. The method includes the steps of carrying out blowing or injection molding to obtain a bottle body, using a cover welding machine to weld the sealing piece on one port pipe, and using a filling machine to fill solution through the other port pipe, and enabling the connector to be welded on the transfusion container. The transfusion container is simple in structure, rapid in assembling, low in production cost, and suitable for carrying out repeated dissolving operations on a plurality of penicillin bottle medicines, reduces the risk that foreign matters caused by dropping scraps in the puncture process are mixed into liquid medicine, can improve medicine safety, and reduces national medicine price burden.
