Problems solved by technology

The plan mainly solves the problem of how to establish electronic breeding files in the breeding process of livestock, as well as the supervision and data collection of live animals during transportation. For the information collection of livestock such as pigs in the slaughtering process and afterward, due to the change of the department in charge, etc. , from the official Ministry of Agriculture, or the Ministry of Commerce, there is currently no official technology and norms issued

Embodiment Construction

[0061] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail below in conjunction with specific embodiments and with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0062] A pig carcass identification, data collection and conversion method provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes:

[0063]At the entrance where the pigs enter the slaughter line, an industrial-grade barcode scanner is used to read the ear tag codes of the pigs whose heads have been removed;

[0064] After the pigs are scalded and split into two carcasses, the carcass RFID electronic tags are immediately attached to the hooks at the upper end of the carcass in sequence;

[0065] The RFID antenna cooperates with the RFID reader to read the RFID electronic tag information of the moving carcass, and the on-site recording and coding computer uploads it to the data server database of the slaughterhouse;

Abstract

The invention provides a method of pig carcass marking, data collection and data conversion. The method comprises the following steps: in an entrance where pigs enter a slaughtering line, an industrial-grade barcode scanning gun is used for reading the code of an ear tag detached from a decapitated head of a pig; after hairs of the pig are removed in a scalding mode and the pig is cut into two carcasses, a carcass radio frequency identification (RFID) electronic tag is immediately arranged in the position of a hook at the upper end of each carcass in sequence; an RFID antenna is matched with an RFID reader to read the information of the moving carcass RFID electronic tags, and the information is uploaded to a database of a data server of a slaughter house through a computer used for recoding codes on site; when the pig carcasses with the carcass RFID electronic tags enter a supermarket to be sold in a cutting mode, a tablet type RFID reader is used for reading the carcass RFID electronic tags on site, conversion of signals and data is carried from an RS232 interface to a PS2 interface of a barcode printer, and the signals and data are changed into traceability codes which can be directly printed by the barcode printer. The method of pig carcass marking, data collection and data conversion realizes whole-process tracing of the quality of pork products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of data exchange, in particular to a pig carcass identification, data collection and conversion method. Background technique [0002] my country's traceability system for the quality of animal products originated from the animal immunization labeling system implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2002. Implemented from July 1, 2006. The implementation of the "Administrative Measures" mainly starts with the establishment of a traceability system for animal epidemic diseases, and gradually establishes a traceability system for the quality and safety of poultry products. The "Animal Disease Traceability System" piloted by the Ministry of Agriculture mainly uses two-dimensional barcode reading technology to identify poultry individuals, uses IC cards as data carriers for animal quarantine and epidemic prevention circulation, uses GPRS communication and PDA machine-reading equipment, and remote central data...
