Abstract

The invention relates to a miconazole nitrate expandable vaginal suppository, and a preparation method and a detection method thereof. The expandable vaginal suppository comprises a drug-containing matrix formed by miconazole nitrate and a matrix, and an expansion carrier. Miconazole nitrate and a specific solid dispersion carrier are prepared into a solid dispersion to improve the stability of the suppository and solubility of active ingredients, and increase bioavailability of the suppository. The outer layer of the expandable vaginal suppository is coated with a film coating to prolong the action time of the suppository on the vagina and improve the stability of the suppository. The miconazole nitrate expandable vaginal suppository provided by the invention employs seven originally created leading technologies, and has the beneficial effects of prevention of outflow liquid, high stability, lasting effect and prevention of secondary infection.
