Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a lens adjusting device and a projector. The lens adjusting device comprises a lens holder, a fixation frame, an elastic connecting piece and at least two adjusting screws with cam-shaped nuts. Through the elastic force of the elastic connecting piece, the lens holder and the fixation frame are closed. The adjusting screws are screwed on the fixation frame. The cam contour side of the nut of each adjusting screw abuts against the side, which faces the fixation frame, of the lens holder. By rotating the cam-shaped nuts of the adjusting screws, the lens holder is pushed to carry out deflection. According to the embodiment of the invention, the size of the space occupied by the lens adjusting device can be reduced.
