The relay module comprises a plurality of relays, and the relay module is connected with the remote control interface and used for controlling closing of the relays according to the control instructions, wherein the relays correspond to the point positions of the remote control one to one. The crane motion simulator is connected with the relay module and used for collecting motion information of the relays and converting the motion information into electric signals, so that whether the functions corresponding to the point positions of the crane remote control are conducted normally or not is detected according to the electric signals, wherein the motion information comprises closing of the relays. The invention further discloses a crane remote control testing method.
