Abstract

The invention relates to an environmental-protection-oriented ecological reservoir capacity determination method for a combined scheduling reservoir group, and belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources. Firstly, according to river ecological flow and water demand requirements regulated by a river management department, optimization objectives and constraint conditions are determined, a reservoir group ecological water utilization schedule optimization model is established, a weight set with multiple objectives is randomly generated and solved, and an optimal water supply scheme meeting a specific coordination value of the human social economy and ecology water lacking rate is determined; secondly, regulated reservoir capacities needed for water supplement of all reservoirs annually are calculated, and regulated reservoir capacities with the 90% guaranteed rate are selected; at least, regulated reservoir capacities without ecological objectives are worked out, and the difference value of the regulated reservoir capacities without ecological objectives is determined as the ecological reservoir capacity. The method has the advantages that the defect that ecological water supply is not taken into consideration in traditional reservoir group scheduling reservoir capacity setting is overcome, more reasonable reservoir capacity can be obtained according to the reservoir group ecological water utilization schedule optimization model and situational analysis, and implementation of reservoir group ecological scheduling rules is guaranteed.
