The invention provides a network performance measurement control method, control server and system. The network performance measurement control method is applied to the control server in the network performance measurement control system, and the measurement control system further comprises measurement servers and network probes. The measurement control method includes the steps that responding to log-on messages of the network probes, the control server distributes the network probes to the measurement servers matched with the network probes according to a preset network probe distribution rule; the control server retransmits currently-triggered measurement tasks to the matched measurement servers according to a preset measurement rule. By means of the embodiment, the controllers are allocated in the system, the network probes automatically log into the controllers and obtain the corresponding measurement servers when the system is started, the multiple network probes are fairly and reasonably distributed to the multiple measurement servers, and load balancing is achieved.
