Abstract

The invention discloses an 8-inch row-spacing stepping transplanter adapting to double cropping rice agricultural production requirements. The stepping transplanter comprises an engine assembly, a transmission assembly, a transmission mechanism assembly, a seedling box assembly, a rack assembly, a kickboard assembly and land wheel transmission assemblies. Two sides of the rack assembly are provided with the land wheel transmission assemblies, input ends of which are connected with output ends of the transmission mechanism assembly. An input end of the transmission mechanism assembly is connected with the engine assembly through belt drive. Row spacing of the rack assembly is 264mm. the land wheel transmission assemblies are connected with the bottom kickboard assembly through a connecting rod. On the precondition that plant planting spacing is 120mm, the 8-inch row-spacing stepping transplanter can plant 315657 holes per hectare, and a 9-inch row-spacing transplanter can plant 277778 holes. Thus, the improved 8-inch row-spacing stepping transplanter adapting to double cropping rice agricultural production requirements is an effective approach for raising per-unit-area yield of double cropping rice and increasing income of farmers.
