Problems solved by technology

At present, the method of replacing tension insulator strings mainly adopts the equipotential operation method, that is, the operator must enter the wire section to install and operate the fixture, but due to space constraints, there is a problem that the equipotential operator cannot enter the potential and cannot perform work.

Embodiment Construction

[0034] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 8 As shown, the present invention discloses a device for remote operation and replacement of double-strand double-string insulators of double-split lines, including a bottle holder 10, a wire end clamp 20, a cross-arm end clamp 30, a pull plate 40 and an adjusting screw 50 . One end of the pull plate 40 is connected to the cross-arm end clamp 30 through the adjusting screw 50, the other end is connected to the wire end clamp 20, and the bottle holder 0 is connected to the lower side of the insulator string.

[0035] The pull plate 40 includes two opposite splints 41 and an adjustment plate 42 sandwiched between the opposite splints 41 . On the clamping plate 41 and the adjusting plate 42, connecting holes are arranged along the length direction, and one end of the adjusting plate 42 stretches between the clamping plate 41 and is fastened with it through the bolt passing through the connecting hole, and the other end of the clamping plate 41 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for replacing double-string strain insulators in twin bundled lines by remote operations. The device comprises a supporting frame, a wire end clamp, a cross arm end clamp, a pulling plate and an adjusting screw rod. One end of the pulling plate is connected with the cross arm end clamp through the adjusting screw rod while the other end of the pulling plate is connected with the wire end clamp. A cross arm end of the supporting frame is connected with the cross arm end clamp, and an insulating rope is connected with a wire end of the supporting frame. The cross arm end clamp and the wire end clamp are fixed to a triangular yoke plate and a square yoke plate at the corresponding ends respectively, and the adjusting screw rod adjusts tensity of the pulling plate. When an old insulator string is demounted, a pole operator tightens the adjusting screw rod to enable an acting force at the wire end to be transferred onto the clamps, a ground operator tightens the insulating rope to enable the insulating rope to bypass a hook pulley hung on the square yoke plate to fix the supporting frame below the insulator string, and the pole operator demounts connectors at two ends of the insulator string to enable the connectors to fall on the supporting frame, loosens the insulating rope to enable the supporting frame to rotate to be vertical and then removes the insulation string.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a strain-resistant insulator string on a power transmission line, in particular to a device for a double-string strain-resistant insulator on a power transmission line and a method for replacing the insulator string with the device. Background technique [0002] With the development of the national economy, the demand for electricity is getting higher and higher, and there are more and more 220kV double-split lines. Most of the tension bars of 220kV double-split lines use double string glass insulators. At present, the method of replacing the tension insulator string mainly adopts the equipotential operation method, that is, the operator must enter the wire section to install and operate the fixture, but due to space constraints, there is a problem that the equipotential operator cannot enter the potential and cannot perform the operation. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide ...
