With the adoption of the application downloading method and the mobile terminal, a user can be prevented from repeatedly downloading the application, thus the utilization rate of the resource in the terminal can be effectively raised, the traffic fee of the user and the waste of a terminal storing space can be decreased, and the user experience is improved.
