Abstract

The invention discloses an engine all-cylinder nonuniformity compensation control method based on indicated torque. The method aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, all cylinders of a multi-cylinder engine are not uniform. The method comprises the steps that firstly, instantaneous rotational speeds of air cylinders at the end point of an acting interval are obtained and converted into instantaneous angular speeds; secondly, the average rotational speed of the air cylinders in the acting interval is obtained and converted into an average angular speed; thirdly, a basic indicated torque relative residual error is calculated according to the instantaneous angular speeds of the air cylinders at the end point of the acting interval, the average angular speed of the air cylinders in the acting interval and target demand indicated torque of the air cylinders; fourthly, a modified indicated torque relative residual error is calculated according to the basic indicated torque relative residual error; lastly, the fuel jet quantity of all the cylinders are subjected to compensating adjustment through a learning type modification algorithm according to the calculated modified indicated torque relative residual error. The method is suitable for the full life circle of the engine, good in compensation effect, stability and responsiveness and beneficial to improving the performance of the engine.
