The method may includes: a center apparatus is informed of a communication event; the center apparatus determines at least one bridging device identification according to the alternative parameters of the bridging device, and the parameters of the at least one bridge device meet a preset condition, and the alternative parameters of the at least one bridge device include at least one of: the actual distance from the alternative bridge device and the wearable device, an equated distance from the alternative bridge device and the wearable device, the signal transmission intensity from the alternative bridge device and the wearable device, position information of the alternative bridge device and the wearable device; and the center device sends prompt information corresponding to the communication event to the at least one bridging device.
