The method comprises the steps of digging of plantation pits, arrangement of reservoirs, paving of seepage pipelines, putting of the nursery stocks into the plantation pits and backfill of the plantation pits with plantation soil, wherein each reservoir is arranged around the corresponding plantation pits, and a plurality of seepage pipelines are paved between each reservoir and the corresponding plantation pits; due to the fact that the seepage pipelines extend downwards from each reservoir to the corresponding plantation pits, the end openings, close to the reservoir, of the seepage pipelines are small, and the end openings, close to the plantation pits, of the seepage pipelines are large. After the nursery stocks are planted into the plantation pits, the reservoirs are filled with water which does not come from the saline-alkali soil, the water permeates into the plantation pits from the seepage pipelines, the roots of the nursery stocks can absorb the water as required, and the nursery stocks can grow healthily. Thus, the nursery stocks are planted by using the method for planting the nursery stocks in the saline-alkali soil, absorption of water in the saline-alkali soil by the nursery stocks can be reduced, and the drought can be resisted, so that the nursery stocks can grow under the conditions of good nutrient and water uptake, and the survival rate of the nursery stocks is improved.
