The controller controls the air conditioner to run, and the controller comprises a control switch; the compressor is connected with the controller; an air outlet is formed in the outdoor unit shell; the air outlet grille is arranged on the air outlet; the driving device is arranged to be used for driving the air outlet grille so as to open and close the air outlet and is connected with the controller; and after the control switch is triggered, the driving device drives the air outlet grille so as to open the air outlet before the compressor runs, and after the control switch is turned off, the driving device drives the air outlet grille so as to close the air outlet after the compressor is shut down.
