Abstract

The invention relates to a transformer radiator with fixedly connected telescopic external fins and detachably connected internal fins. The transformer radiator comprises two oil pipes and radiating fins connected between the two oil pipes. A flow channel for communicating the two oil pipes is arranged in each radiating fin. The external fins are arranged at the outside of the radiating fins and each comprises at least two radiating plates. The adjacent radiating plates are telescopically connected with each other in a sleeved manner and only one radiating plate is integrated with the radiating fin. The internal fins and internal clamping grooves are arranged in the flow channel. Each internal fin is provided with an internal fin clamping head. The internal fins are plugged into the internal clamping grooves through the internal fin clamping heads so as to be connected with the radiating fin in a pluggable manner. The transformer radiator with the fixedly connected telescopic external fins and detachably connected internal fins provided by the invention could be used for fast radiating heat with adjustable radiating effects while transformer oil flows through the radiating fin and could solve the problem that the radiating effect of the existing transformer radiator is bad.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a radiator for transformers, in particular to a radiator for transformers with fixedly connected telescopic outer fins and detachably connected inner fins, belonging to the field of transformer accessories. Background technique [0002] When the transformer is running, heat is generated, that is, the load current flows through the transformer winding to generate heat, which must be dissipated in time. The part that dissipates this heat is the transformer radiator. The existing transformer radiator includes two oil pipes and a number of cooling fins connected between the two oil pipes. The cooling fins are provided with flow passages connecting the upper oil pipe and the lower oil pipe. When in use, the transformer oil enters from one oil pipe and is reheated. The heat is dissipated by flowing through the heat sink through the runner, and the finally cooled transformer oil flows back to the transformer through another oil pipe....
