According to the method, the first file is converted into the second file and high resolution part of file at the network device side, so that a first file page skip checking function of the user device side is realized, network broadband resources are saved, the time for generation and transmission of the second file and part of file is reduced, and the network device can be remotely controlled through the user device to play the first file.
