The invention discloses a business communication method and system based on a JSON data protocol. The method comprises: a client packages a data request packet according to a preset data request communication format and the JSON data protocol in order to obtain a packaged request data packet; a server receives and analyzes the packaged request data packet to obtain a data processed result; and the server packages the data processed result and data processing feedback information based on the JSON data protocol according to a preset data response format in order to obtain a packaged response data packet and returning the packaged response data packet to the client. By means of the given data request communication format based on the JSON data protocol and the given data response format based on the JSON data protocol, business intercommunication can be achieved in virtue of the given data response format in different operating environments. The method, the standard, and the content of communication can be clearly known so along as business entity is known.
