[0074] The following polybutadiene was used:
[0075] 1.1 Neodymium-catalyzed polybutadiene of type BUNACB 22 from Lanxess Deutschland GmbH having the following properties:
[0076] Cis-1,4 unit = 97.8%;
[0077] 1,2-vinyl units = 0.5%;
[0078] Molecular weight Mn=235kg / mol;
[0079] Polydispersity Mw / Mn=2.1;
[0080] Mooney viscosity (ML 1+4 100°C) = 64.9MU;
[0081] Solution viscosity (5.43% toluene solution, 20°C)=400mPas;
[0082] Linearity index (ratio of solution viscosity to Mooney viscosity) = 6.2mPas / MU;
[0083] Mooney relaxation after 30 seconds = 4.8%
[0084] The following carbon blacks were used:
[0085] 2.1 Carbon Black N231 from KMF Laborchemie Handels GmbH having the following properties:
[0086] Iodine absorption value (ION) is 121mg / g;
[0087] The oil absorption number (OAN) was 92ml / 100g.
[0088] or
[0089] 2.2 Carbon Black N326 from KMF Laborchemie Handels GmbH having the following properties:

[0095] Production of inventive masterbatch using N231 and Buna CB 22
[0096] A 60 L stirred tank was initially charged with 19 kg of a 9.54% solution of Nd-BR Buna CB22 in industrial hexane at a temperature of 20°C. 1.09 kg of N231 carbon black was initially charged into a 30 L stirred tank, 6 kg of hexane was added, and the mixture was stirred at 700 rpm using a bucket stirrer. The carbon black mixture was then added to the polybutadiene solution while stirring over 2 hours. Subsequently, 90.6 g of TDAE oil and 18 g of molten Vulkanox 4020 stabilizer were added, and the mixture was then stirred for a further 15 min. The solvent is removed by steam distillation in a continuous one-stage stripper. The wet masterbatch was dried to constant mass in a vacuum oven at 60 °C.

[0114] Use this masterbatch to produce vulcanized rubber compounds
[0115] Production was carried out in a 350ml Brabender at 40rpm according to the recipe in Table 2. After mixing for 5 min, the mixture was processed using a roller press, the resulting molten sheet was cut three times on the right and left sides, and the sheet was folded three times.
