The invention relates to a method for realizing self-service printing, copying, scanning and faxing. A user terminal, a user server side, an accounting server, a centralized control server, a scheduling control server and a printing, copying, scanning and faxing all-in-one machine are used in the method, wherein the user terminal is a device connected to an internet and used for realizing user information submission and data interaction functions; the user terminal is a tablet personal computer, a smartphone, a notebook computer or a personal computer (PC); the user server side and a monitoring management side are accessed to a mobile internet through WIFI (Wireless Fidelity) or a wired network; the all-in-one machine is accessed to the scheduling control server through the WIFI or the wired network; and other equipment is accessed to the mobile internet through the wired network. According to the technical scheme, a complete solution is provided by realizing self-service printing, copying, scanning and faxing services; and the method is clear in structure, convenient, simple and easy to implement.
