Problems solved by technology

The traditional approach is to reconstruct 3D objects from line drawings as an optimization problem, and use optimization methods to find 3D objects that conform to human visual perception. However, traditional systems of this type can only handle simple or partially complex line drawings. When processing When the line drawing is relatively complex or very complex, the system will fall into a local optimum due to the rapid expansion of the solution space, resulting in inaccurate 3D reconstruction

Embodiment Construction

[0067] The following will clearly and completely describe the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. Obviously, the described embodiments are only some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0068] Using the SBIM mode (sketch-based interfaces for modeling, 3D modeling based on user sketches), the reconstruction of 3D objects can be realized, and the operation is simple and easy to understand, see figure 1 , which is a schematic diagram of the basic process of constructing a three-dimensional object based on two-dimensional line drawing, such as figure 1 As shown, the following steps may be included: obtaining a two-dimensional line drawing; dividi...

Abstract

A method for constructing three-dimensional objects and a computer aided design system, which relate to the field of computer vision, and can obtain by segmentation more simple sub-line drawings conforming to the law of visual perception, and efficiently and accurately complete the reconstruction of three-dimensional objects. The method comprises: acquiring a two-dimensional line drawing; segmenting the two-dimensional line drawing into a plurality of sub-line drawings; carrying out three-dimensional reconstruction on each sub-line drawing; and recombining three-dimensional reconstruction results of the sub-line drawings so as to obtain a three-dimensional object. The segmenting the two-dimensional line drawing into a plurality of sub-line drawings specifically comprises: extracting a surface of the two-dimensional line drawing; if the two-dimensional line drawing comprises a concave surface, adding auxiliary vertexes and auxiliary sides to the two-dimensional line drawing according to a preset strategy, so as to acquire an extended two-dimensional line drawing; acquiring segmentation surfaces of the two-dimensional line drawing according to the extended two-dimensional line drawing; and segmenting the two-dimensional line drawing according to the segmentation surfaces so as to acquire a plurality of sub-line drawings of the two-dimensional line drawing.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of computer vision, in particular to a method for constructing a three-dimensional object and a computer-aided design system. Background technique [0002] Usually, people use the traditional computer-aided design system (ComputerAidedDesign, CAD system) to generate the 3D geometric model of the object according to the WIMP mode (Windows, icon Icon, menu Menu, mouse Pointer). Select different drawing tools from the menu, panel or icon of the interface, and select various parameters of the object to be drawn in the interactive window, and finally select the drawing position, size ratio, etc. of the object through a series of operations such as clicking and dragging to complete the three-dimensional Objects are drawn. Although the CAD system can provide powerful 3D object design and editing capabilities, the operation is relatively complicated. Only professionals who are very familiar with the complicated menus in the ...
