The present invention relates to reinforced polyamide molding materials with high notch impact strengths, comprising low viscous polyamides and flat glass fibers as a reinforcing medium, characterized in a polyamide matrix, comprising the following components: (A) 0 to 60 wt.-% of at least one aliphatic, partly crystalline polyamide with a solution viscosity, measured in m-cresol (0.5 wt-%), of ηrel less than 1.9, (B) 0 to 60 wt.-% of at least one amorphous or microcrystalline polyamide based on aliphatic, cycloaliphatic or aromatic diamines, dicarboxylic acids, lactams and/or aminocarboxylic acids, preferably with 6 to 36 carbon atoms, or a mixture of such homopolyamides and/or copolyamides, wherein the components (A) and (B) fulfill the condition: (A)+(B)=20 to 60 wt.-% and that, in the case of a mixture of components (A) and (B), at least 50 weight parts aliphatic blocks (A) are present in the mixture, and a filler component, comprising: (C) 40 to 80 wt.-% flat glass fibers with elongated shape, and the glass fibers have a non-circular cross-sectional area and a size ratio of the main cross-sectional axis to the secondary cross-sectional axis of between 2 to 5, particularly between 3 and 4, and (D) 0 to 40 wt.-% particle like or layer like fillers, with the prerequisite that carbon fibers are excluded, wherein the polyamide molding materials optionally comprise up to 5 wt.-% of further usual additives and auxiliary agents (E), and wherein the weight of the components (A) to (E) sums up to 100%.

The invention discloses a design and manufacturing method of a porous grid structure material and aims to solve the problems of blindness and uncertainty in traditional manufacturing of a porous material and apply an effective design concept for the porous material to practical manufacturing. The design and manufacturing method comprises the following steps: obtaining a data image based on topological optimization simulation; performing three-dimensional rebuilding on the data image on Solid Works; importing to magics software as a unit grid structure; filling into various three-dimensional models of specific parts which need to adopt the grid structure at any size ratio; afterwards manufacturing the parts. According to the design and manufacturing method, firstly, the three-dimensional model of each part is imported to a computer on a worktable; the printing angle and the printing position are set according to the three-dimensional graph structure; a powder layer is sintered into a corresponding two-dimensional shape on the layer; powder with the same thickness is repeatedly laid on the worktable on which one layer of graph is sintered; laser scanning is still performed according to the scanning route of the layer until the overall three-dimensional graph is completed. The design and manufacturing method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of reducing the elasticity modulus of the part and realizing good mechanical properties.

The invention provides a polymer composite material with a double-network structure and a preparation method thereof. The composite material contains fillers A and fillers B, wherein the size of the fillers A is 30 to 500 microns and the size of the fillers B is 1.0 to 20 microns; the size ratio of the fillers A to the fillers B is at least 20; the fillers A and the fillers B are uniformly distributed in a polymer base material, are in mutual overlap joint and penetrate through to form a conductive and heat-conducting access with a staggered network structure; the fillers B with the smaller size are distributed in grids of a loose network structure formed by the fillers A with the large size and are in mutual overlap joint to form a relatively dense network, and the inner part of the obtained composite material has a double-network structure which is good for moving electrons and reducing interface heat resistance, so that the conductive and heat-conducting performances are greatly improved at the same time. A method for constructing double networks by using the size difference of the two types of fillers has an ingenious concept and an operation method is simple; existing high molecular material modified machining equipment is used for realizing production; the method has low cost and is easy to popularize and apply.

The invention relates to a vibration response simulation analyzing method for a rolling bearing with single-point failures. On the basis of a Hertz contact theory, related knowledge about kinematics and kinetics are utilized to establish a five-degree-of-freedom nonlinear vibration mode of a rolling bearing and kinetic differential equations of the rolling bearing while influencing factors like slipping of rolling balls, oil slick rigidity and the like are taken into consideration, according to that the rolling balls change due to contact deformation is caused when the rolling balls roll through partial failures, a partial failure model of the rolling bearing is introduced into the kinetic differential equations of the rolling bearing, and the single-point failures of the rolling bearing are classified according to length-width ratios of the failures and size ratios between the failures and the rolling balls so as to establish different failure shape functions; the differential equations are solved by an ode solver in MATLAB (matrix laboratory) software, and vibration responses of the rolling bearing are simulated when an inner ring, an outer ring and the rolling balls of the rolling bearing are suffered from the single-point failures. By the aid of the vibration response simulation analyzing method, vibration responses of the bearings with failures in different sizes can be simulated. Compared with traditional methods for acquiring vibration responses of failed bearings, the vibration response simulation analyzing method has the advantages that an experimental period is short and experimental cost is saved. The computation for the vibration responses for the failed rolling bearings can lay the foundation of late failure diagnosis for the rolling bearings.
