According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problem that failure of ONU registration caused by the lead code cannot be determined by proper schemes in the ONU registration process is solved; the optical module can achieve stability no matter the OLT requires a long packet or a short packet during intercommunication between different devices; and the ONU is activated and registered, and conflict between the optical module hardware of the ONU and the OLT during intercommunication is overcome.
