The embodiment of the invention discloses an authorized frequency band channel occupation time configuration method comprising the steps that subframe configuration of a TDD LTE system is acquired; an indicating message of idle channel detection CCA time of an authorized frequency band is received, and the indicating message of CCA time includes the indicating message of uplink CCA time and the indicating message of downlink CCA time; and channel occupation time in the authorized frequency band is determined according to the subframe configuration and the indicating message of CCA time, and data transmitting and data receiving are performed according to channel occupation time. With application of the technical scheme, a UE is enabled to determine uplink channel occupation time and downlink channel occupation time according to the indicating message of CCA time and the uplink and downlink subframe configuration so that data transmitting is performed within uplink channel occupation time or a receiver is shut down within non-downlink channel occupation time and thus the objective of saving electric energy consumption of terminals can be achieved.
