The system comprises an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units; each indoor unit comprises an indoor unit first heat exchanger, an indoor unit second heat exchanger, a first expansion valve and a second expansion valve, wherein the first expansion valve is connected onto a pipeline of the indoor unit first heat exchanger, and the second expansion valve is connected onto a pipeline of the indoor unit second heat exchanger; the control method comprises a fluorine deficiency judging step: detecting a first difference value between a superheat degree of a first heat exchanger of a started indoor unit and a target superheat degree, and a second difference value between temperature of an outlet pipe of a gas-liquid separator of the outdoor unit and a refrigerant saturation temperature value corresponding to a pressure value of a low-pressure side, and judging whether the system is deficient in fluorine or not according to a result of the first difference value and the second difference value.
