Problems solved by technology

[0006] (1) When the wound grows, the intermediate and the human tissue grow together; and if it is to be separated, the patient has to bear additional pain;
[0007] (2) Does not have the function of promoting wound healing;
[0008] (3) After being used by the adhered person, the dressing must be changed continuously according to the service life of the gauze sheet, which is troublesome;
[0009] (4) The timeliness of bonding is not considered, and it is very easy to fall off from the body surface during use, which gives more opportunities and space for the intrusion of harmful substances in the body;
[0010] (5) The dressing is not endowed with more functionality, and must be used in combination with other drugs or dressings to achieve wound protection and healing

Embodiment 1

[0045] See figure 1 with figure 2 , a large-area wound treatment medical dressing of the present embodiment, from top to bottom are release paper, sodium alginate hydrogel 1, non-woven fabric 2, medical glue layer 3 and base cloth 4; sodium alginate hydrogel Gel 1 is sodium alginate crystals with a purity of 100% mixed with water at a ratio of 1:50 to 1:300, stirred or left standing until the crystals are completely dissolved in water to form a viscous hydrogel. The medical glue layer 3 is a medical acrylic glue with a curing rate of 40-60%. 8%-15% of acrylic acid polymer, 35-45% of ethyl acetate, 10% of carbon 2 and carbon 3 alcohol; medical glue layer 3 is fully coated or vacantly coated. The non-woven fabric 2 is an alginate non-woven fabric or a melt-blown non-woven fabric with a purity of 100%. The base fabric 4 is a deformable spunlace non-woven fabric or an elastic elastic fabric with surface waterproof treatment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a medical dressing for treating a large area wound and a manufacturing method thereof. The medical dressing is composed of from top to bottom: an isolation paper, a sodium alginate hydrogel, a non-woven fabric, a medical glue layer and a base cloth; or from top to bottom, an isolation paper, an alginate hydrogel, a medical glue layer and a base cloth. The sodium alginate hydrogel is a hydrogel mixed by 100 percent pure sodium alginate crystals and water. The alginate hydrogel is a hydrogel, which assumes a transparent gel shape formed by immersing a 100 percent pure calcium alginate non-woven fabric to a sodium alginate solution, automatically converts between a solid state and a liquid state based on changes of using state. The novelty of the invention lies in combining a material which promotes curing of the wound and a material which is secured to body surface. The medical dressing of the invention has the advantages of outside water resistance, extra-long adhering time, and simple operation and usage. The medical dressing of the invention faces towards the wound in humid environment, which promotes healing. The medical dressing can also reduce burning pain caused by the large area wound, prevent infection and wound adhesion, block bacteria from entering, and reduce times for changing medicine.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a large-area wound treatment medical dressing and a manufacturing method thereof. Background technique [0002] Existing dressing stick products are generally divided into two categories: [0003] The first type is to apply medical glue on one side of the non-woven fabric, and then compound a layer of release paper with anti-adhesive agent on the glue surface. It is usually packaged in rolls. When using it, use scissors to cut it into a suitable length. , peel off the release paper, used to fix other non-adhesive medical dressings on the body surface. The dressing roll has simple functions and a single use method, and is only used for fixing the gauze attached to the wound on the surface of the human body, and does not have any other therapeutic functions. In actual use, due to the low requirements for the glue, the stickiness is not durable enough, and it is easy to fall off when used. Moreover, the product itself does not h...
