Abstract

The invention discloses a spinning technique which comprises the steps that (1) compacted raw cotton is loosened into small cotton blocks or cotton bundles for convenient mixing and impurity removal, most impurities, defects and short fibers which are not suitable for spinning are removed from the raw cotton, and the raw cotton with different ingredients are mixed thoroughly and uniformly; (2) cotton rolls which have been processed by scotching are carded, purified and mixed into cotton bars through processes such as a licker-in, cylinders and flats, and a doffer, and the cotton bars are transmitted into a bobbin; (3) cotton neps, impurities and fiber defects in fibers are removed, and the fibers are further separated; (4) the 6-8 cotton bars are combined, and uneven long segments of the cotton bars are improved; and (5) rough yarns are drafted and fine-drawn into a demanded fineness and are then twisted, and fine yarns with a certain twist degree and strength are formed and wound on the bobbin.
