The invention discloses a transportation shelf and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The transportation shelf comprises a connecting part and a loading part. The connecting part can be matched with a connection matching structure on a vehicle body of the unmanned aerial vehicle so that the transportation shelf can be assembled to the vehicle body of the unmanned aerial vehicle. The loading part comprises an assembly platform and a loading support. The connecting part is located in the center position of the top of the assembly platform. The loading support is connected with the assembly platform. The loading support comprises at least one set of framework structures arranged symmetrically. Each framework structure comprises a framework and a plurality of supporting pieces which are assembled to the framework sequentially in the vertical direction, wherein a goods loading space is formed between every two adjacent supporting pieces, and the supporting pieces can move relative to the framework in the vertical direction so as to adapt to loaded goods. By means of the technical scheme, the transportation shelf can adapt to the size of the goods, and accordingly the goods of different specifications can be firmly loaded.
