The prediction method comprise the steps of calculating the annual production natural decline amount according to development indexes in recent years, and calculating the annular natural decline rate; calculating an annual year injection-production ratio according to the annual water injection volume of a calculated oil field and the deficit amount of a statistical stratum in the recent years; calculating stratum number injection-production corresponding rate at the annual year end of the calculated target in the resent years; carrying out liner fitting on the product of the annual year injection-production ratio and the stratum number injection-production corresponding rate and an annual output natural decline amount variation so as to acquire a calculation formula for measuring and calculating the annual output natural decline amount; calculating the natural output decline amount of the next year according to the calculation formula of the annual output natural decline amount, and then calculating the natural decline rate according to a calculation formula of the decline rate. The prediction method for the natural decline rate at the super-high water-cut later period of the water flooding development oil reservoir can meet application requirements of the oil field, and effectively guides practices at a super-high water-cut later development period of medium and high permeability water flooding oil reservoirs.
