Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: a calling terminal initiating PTT encryption communication, and selecting an encryption key, sending the encryption key to a PTT dispatching server (PDS) so that the PTT dispatching server can send the encryption key to a called terminal; the calling terminal establishing an encryption call with the called terminal, and entering the encryption communication without using a KDS (key distribution server); the terminal initiating the PTT encryption communication selecting the key, thereby preventing the KDS from being serious depended, reducing the computation and communication burden of the KDS, and avoiding the condition that the whole system is unable to run when the KDS is invalid.
