According to the multi-mode wireless terminal and the method disclosed by the invention, the time delay for the voice service call establishment of the wireless terminal during the falling-back of a circuit domain is shortened, the first communication mode can be rapidly returned after the voice service is finished, and the concurrence of the voice service and the data service can still be supported after the circuit domain falls back to the second communication mode.
