current time point t0 to a time point t are stored in a storage module, and the maximum value max_1 of the atmospheric pressure value and the maximum value Max_2 of the atmospheric pressure change rate are obtained; whether max_1, max_2, m, a change rate threshold value a2, an atmospheric
pressure threshold value b and an atmospheric
pressure threshold value c satisfy relational expressions max_2>a2 and b<max_1-m<c is judged; if the max_1, max_2, m, the change rate threshold value a2, the atmospheric
pressure threshold value b and the atmospheric pressure threshold value c satisfy the relational expressions, it is judged that a user tumbles; and if the max_1, max_2, m, the change rate threshold value a2, the atmospheric pressure threshold value b and the atmospheric pressure threshold value c do not satisfy the relational expressions, the storage module is cleared, the atmospheric pressure change rate is monitored further. According to the tumble detection method and the wearable tumble detection device, whether the user tumbles is judged through the atmospheric pressure values and the atmospheric pressure change rate. The tumble detection method and the wearable tumble detection device have the advantages of simple process, easiness in implementation, high real-time performance and high accuracy.
