Abstract

A transparent photoelectrode of multiple recording spots based on fibers comprises: a multi-mode fiber which includes a fiber core, cladding and a protective layer; and a flexible electrode which has a small hole at the middle portion of the flexible electrode, wherein the small hole of the flexible electrode is aligned to the fiber core of the multi-mode fiber and wraps the multi-mode fiber. The structure formed by the invention solves the problem that the current photostimulation position and the recording spots are non-synchronous, and solves the problems of the restriction of the fiber electrode recording spots and the difficult implantation of the flexible electrode. The transparent photoelectrode of multiple recording spots based on fibers has the characteristics of the stimulation precision with high photostimulation and good biocompatibility of the flexible electrode which can perform long-term record.
