Abstract

The invention discloses citrus quality on-line conveying and size grading equipment, relating to agricultural product quality detecting and grading equipment. The equipment is characterized in that a citrus is arranged at the inlet of a charging and conveying device, a full-surface information acquisition device is arranged on the outlet of the charging and conveying device, a size grading device is arranged at the tail end of the full-surface information acquisition device, a discharging device is arranged at the bottom of the size grading device, and an information processing and feedback device is respectively connected with the charging and conveying device and the full-surface information acquisition device. According to the invention, full-surface information is acquired through an industrial camera; by changing the position of a guide rail corresponding to the discharging device as well as the width of an oblique channel of the discharging device, citruses in different sizes can be graded; by continuously changing the size of a hole in the bottom of a tray, citruses in all sizes can be accurately graded; and cyclic utilization and high-efficiency working can be realized through an annular guide rail and an annular turntable device.
