Abstract

The invention discloses a Sprague-Dawley rat-based suicide relevant behavior animal model construction method, and belongs to the field of animal model construction. The method comprises the step that learned helplessness rats and non-learned helplessness rats are screened out from a learned helplessness model, and accept social defeat stimulation overlaid chronic unpredictable mild stimulation in four weeks. The behavioristics analysis finds that the rat model shows that the rats have typical suicide relevant behaviors after the four-weak stress, and the rats have the typical suicide characteristics such as invasion, impulsion, irritability and desperation. Successful construction of the model provides a novel research carrier for a research mechanism for researching suicide relevant behaviors.
