The turning regulating mechanism comprises a first base, wherein the first base is of a cylindrical structure; a first groove is formed in the bottom of the first base; a first motor is arranged at the bottom of the first groove; a boss is arranged at the center of the upper side of the first base; a railway groove is formed in the outer side of the boss and the railway groove is arranged at the upper side of the first base; a first mounting hole is formed in the upper side of the boss and the first mounting hole communicates with the first groove; bearings are arranged at two ends of the interior of the first mounting hole; a first rotating shaft is arranged on inner rings of the bearings; a conveying belt is connected to one end of the side of the first rotating shaft, and an output shaft of the first motor is connected to the first rotating shaft by virtue of the conveying belt; the end, away from the conveying belt, of the first rotating shaft is provided with a rotary body, and the rotary body is of a rectangular structure; and the end, away from the first rotating shaft, of the rotary body is provided with a cylindrical boss.
