Through the vehicle in and out garage detection module and the vehicle maintenance data module, the specific vehicle entering into the underground garage and the vehicle condition data are acquired; through a gas release operation circuit, the kinds and quantities of the gases which may be released by the vehicle entering into the underground garage are calculated; the work parameter of the purifying apparatus is adjusted in advance; adjusting in advance or adjusting during an event is performed; and an adjusting effect is good and a purifying air effect is good too.
