The production process comprises the following steps that firstly, 98% ofpolyether polyol, 40% of organic isocyanate, 3% of natural water, 4% of methane, 150% of an anion additive, 0.35% of stannous octoate and 0.2% of ethanol amine are taken by mass; secondly, the polyether polyol, the organic isocyanate, the natural water, the methane, the stannous octoate and the ethanol amine are added into a small stirring and mixing machine to be stirred evenly; thirdly, the anion additive is added into a mixture in the second step to be added into a large stirring and mixing machine to be stirred evenly; fourthly, the height sizes of six drop plates are adjusted; fifthly, the opal reaction time and the steaming time are confirmed; and sixthly, mixed raw materials are foamed. By means of the production process, a large number of anion sponges can be generated, the condition that 600-1,200 anions exist in each cubic centimeter can be achieved through adjusting according to anions required by human bodies, the anion sponges can be made into mattresses, sofas, pillows and the like, the anion sponges have oxidization resistance, aging resistance, mite prevention and bacterial prevention and have the extremely good air purification effect, PM2.5 can be eliminated, andformaldehyde, benzene and the like can be degraded.
