Via the needling procedure of the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the opportunity that the carbon particles are in contact with the outside is increased; during hot-pressing, low-melting-point polyester staple fibres are melted, and capable of being integrally bonded with conventional polyester staple fibres, polyamide fibres or carbon fibres and the carbon particles, thus ensuring no falling-off of the carbon particles during a use process; the carbon particles can be in contact with more air via pores among the fibres or gaps between the carbon particles and the fibres, thus increasing the adsorption efficiency of the fibres; and an adsorption experiment for formaldehyde proves that the adsorption efficiency of the fibres achieves more than 85%.
