The invention relates to a soft and clean spinning method which can be used for improving the performances of yarn, especially the performances of yarn hairiness and belongs to the technical field of textile processing. On each drafting mechanism of a ring spinning frame, a roving sliver subjected to drafting is output from a front jaw, and a heat and moisture treatment device is used for performing on-line heat and moisture treatment on the on-line twisted roving slivers which are output from the front jaws and enter into a twisting triangular area. Under the combined action of heat and moisture, bending modulus and rigidity of fiber of the on-line twisted roving slivers are greatly reduced immediately, the softening speed and the degree are greatly improved, soft twisting and yarn forming can be performed on the thicker slivers when the lower modulus and the lower rigidity performance are achieved, and the ends of the fiber are easier to transfer and wind under the action of twisting torsional force and finally twisted into yarn bodies or attached on the surfaces of the slivers, thereby effectively eliminating hair feather in the formed yarn and greatly improving the degree of finish of the surface of the formed yarn. Simultaneously, the residual torque and residual stress of the ring-spun yarn can be reduced, not only can the entanglement phenomenon in the formed yarn be effectively solved, but also the softness of the formed yarn can be improved.

The invention relates to an amphoteric ionic polymer clay stabilizer and a preparation method thereof. The polymer has water solubility, is low in use level and shows excellent temperature resistance and shear resistance. According to the technical scheme, the amphoteric ionic polymer clay stabilizer is prepared from the following raw materials and monomers in percentage by mass: 53.5-59.9 percent of acrylamide AM; 40-45 percent of sodium acrylate NaAA (obtained from neutralization of crylic acid and sodium hydroxide), 0.1-1.5 percent of N-allyl oleamide NAO and 0.1-1.5 percent of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride DMDAAC. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly adding NAO in a reactor, then adding an emulsifier and water; after complete emulsification, adding AM, NaAA, DMDAAC to prepare a solution with the total mass percentage concentration of monomer being 10-25 percent, adjusting pH to be 6-8, and introducing N2 for 20 min; then adding an initiator, continuing to introduce N2 for 20 min, and reacting for 8-12 h at 30-70 DEG C; washing with absolute ethyl alcohol, grinding and drying to obtain AM/NaAA/DMDAAC/NAO quadripolymer. The result of an anti-swelling test of 0.2wt% solution shows that the anti-swelling rate can reach 86 percent.

The invention relates to the design and synthesis of a poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent, the coagulating time of which can be controlled. The poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is prepared by co-polymerize the following three monomers in water: the monomer a occupying 30 to 70 percent and indicated by a general expression 1, the monomer b occupying 10 to 50 percent and indicated by the general expression 2, and the monomer c occupying 10 to 40 percent and indicated by the general expression 3. The coagulating time is controlled by the monomer a which is made by condensing maleic anhydride and polyoxyethylene monoalkyl ether. The length of a polyoxyethylene monoalkyl ether chain controls the change of the coagulating time: the longer the chain, the shorter the coagulating time is; and the shorter the chain is, the longer the coagulating time is. The monomer a does not contain inhibitive substances in the process of synthesis, therefore, the water reducing agent is easy to be controlled in the coagulating process. The poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent is suitable for the construction of concrete under different temperature conditions: under higher temperature, the water reducing agent with longer coagulating time can be adopted, and under lower temperature, the water reducing agent with shorter coagulating time can be adopted. The poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent has good adaptability to cement and admixtures and has the advantages of low mixing quantity, good slump constant hold facility and water segregation resistance, and the like.
