A purpose of optimizing the integrated operating benefit of a power system containing wind power generation is taken as a target function, and a distribution scheme for the power system reserve is resolved through combination of a power balance equation taking wind power contribution into consideration, a generator output power constraint, a reserve climbing rate constraint, a load reserve demand quantity constraint taking wind power contribution fluctuation into consideration, a transmission line power constraint taking the wind power contribution fluctuation into consideration and a high power tie line N-1 fault constraint taking the risk into consideration. According to the method, the wind power generation contribution uncertainty and reserve support problem after a fault are taken into full consideration, the integrated risk of the power system is minimized, the optimal configuration of resources is realized well, and certain reference value for power grid planning and operation is achieved.
