Abstract

The embodiments of the invention disclose a method for handling a channel conflict in a direct mode and a terminal. Correct transmission of service data can be ensured, and the user experience can be improved. The method comprises the following steps: a first terminal receives a first SCI sent by a second terminal and a second SCI sent by a third terminal; the first terminal detects whether the second terminal and the third terminal have a channel conflict according to the first SCI and the second SCI; and if the second terminal and the third terminal have a channel conflict, the first terminal generates a channel conflict message, and sends the channel conflict message so the second terminal and the third terminal can resend service data according to the channel conflict message. The embodiments of the invention further disclose a terminal. According to the embodiments of the invention, correct transmission of service data can be ensured, and the user experience can be improved.
