In the pre-estimation stage, the task is initiated, rules, including a crowdsourcing time limit T, a task sample representing one workload and a payment calculating method, are published in a crowdsourcing platform, a participant estimates expected reachable workload according to the capability of oneself and back feeds the workload to the platform. In the grouping stage, the platform carries out grouping after receiving feedback from the participant, according to a principle that the pre-estimated workloads of members in the same group are equivalent, participants of the same amount are selected randomly from each interval to form different groups, and it is ensured that strengths of different groups are balanced approximately. In the payment calculating stage, bonus of groups and basic salaries are calculated. According to the invention, a capability balanced grouping strategy is used, a grouping mechanism is fairer, and groups of lower capability and the possibility that people of lower capability in the group are passive in work are avoided effectively.
