Abstract

The purpose of the invention is to provide a method and equipment for realizing dynamic allocation of rescue guaranteed resources. Compared with the prior art, the method comprises the steps of: determining safety demand information corresponding to a sub-region according to personnel density information included in the sub-region of a guaranteed region; acquiring resource configuration information which represents the rescue guaranteed resources allocated to the sub-region; determining a matching degree between current resource configuration information and the safety demand information corresponding to the sub-region; and allocating the rescue guaranteed resources when the matching degree is less than or equal to a first preset value, or transferring the rescue guaranteed resources out of the corresponding sub-region when the matching degree is great than or equal to a second preset value. Thus the standby rescue guaranteed resources are allocated to sub-regions where on-site safety demands cannot be satisfied, the on-site available rescue guaranteed resources are regulated so that the available rescue guaranteed resources in the sub-regions with many persons are adequate, the rescue guaranteed resources are fully utilized and meanwhile the rescue timeliness and the success rate are improved.
