Abstract

The invention relates to plugging of a power plant chimney flue, in particular to a gas-film-type core for on-line plugging of a power plant boiler flue and a plugging method of the gas-film-type core. The gas-film-type core comprises a gas film, wherein a stop valve is arranged on an inflation port of the gas film; and a pressure gauge is arranged on the gas film. During plugging, a hoisting hole is formed in the rear part of a baffle door of the flue, then the gas-film-type core is placed in the flue and inflated, and the inflation port is plugged after the gas-film-type core is inflated to a specified pressure via the inflation port to realize on-line plugging of the flue; and during dismounting, pressure relief recovery is performed through the stop valve. On the one hand, the selected materials have the advantages of light weight, easiness in transportation, reusability, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, superior flame retardancy, quick self-extinguishing after leaving of open fire and the like; and on the other hand, compared with the prior art, the gas-film-type core demands fewer mounting personnel and less equipment from transport to installation, realizes non-stop and non-flue-in plugging, and not only guarantees the personnel security but also is convenient and quick, and the cost is lowered.
