The method comprises the steps of deploying a vsftpd server; installing a vsftpd server program in the vsftpd server; obtaining a configuration file of the vsftpd server program; deleting the vsftpd server program; transferring and deploying the configuration file to obtain a corresponding configuration environment; in the configuration environment, encoding a vsftpd source code, and installing a vsftpd program; configuring and starting a vsftpd service.
